Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently looking to hire a USAF contractor Support Integration Specialist (Associate and Experienced Levels) to join the USAF Fighters Sustainment Integrated Support and Planning Management (ISPM) team in Hazelwood, MO which provides engineering and logistics support services for the F-15 fighter aircraft fleet.

This position will report to the F-15 Domestic ISPM manager in St. Louis, Missouri to ensure an integrated approach to execution for our support services contracts. We are seeking a multifaceted individual with experience tracing parts from original equipment manufacturing to the field and throughout the repair cycle.

In this role you will be responsible for determining current and future spare requirements by analyzing stock balance, past consumption rates, and reliability and maintainability information. Access the USAF Supply System via Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S). Review customer requisitions for accuracy and coordinate estimated delivery dates and follow-up with suppliers on overdue deliveries. The position requires a working knowledge of concepts and methodologies to effectively determine and manage items and customer requirements and overall knowledge of the USAF Supply System.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyzes post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
• Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action.
• Oversee the processing and documentation of repair items and warranties.
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
• Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities.
• Ensure proper coordination, tracking, and status are provided for preparation and on-time delivery of all official Boeing responses and deliverables.
• Reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs.
• Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
• Be able to communicate professionally with clear, concise, and complete thoughts.
• This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected Candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years working with Supply Chain systems
• US military background with experience in aviation supply operations/logistics support or accredited degree in supply chain management
• Be able to communicate professionally with clear, concise, and complete thoughts.
• 3+ Years of experience USAF Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) via Integrate Logistics Solution-Supply (ILS-S)
• Experience working with USAF Supply Chain customers
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft office Products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ Years of experience USAF Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) via Integrate Logistics Solution-Supply (ILS-S)
• Familiarity with government contracting processes and compliance requirements related to logistics and supply chain management.
