Job Description

US Citizens Only and Must be Onsite

Responsibilities

Software design, development, integration and support activities
Actively participate in software development and automated unit testing
Complete development tasks within agreed timebox
Analyze and resolve software issues

Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
5+ years of software design and development experience in C++ and automated unit testing
5+ years of experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python) and source control systems (e.g. Bitbucket)
2+ years of experience in network protocols, messaging libraries, and socket programming
Must be capable of obtaining and holding a U.S. government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site 5 days per week
No work from home permitted
Proficient in Multi-threaded application development and inter-process communication
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers
Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience with agile development framework (e.g. Scrum) and Atlassian tool chain (Jira/Confluence)
