The Richmond Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for a full-time Business Office Administrative Assistant. This position will provide support to the Business Office and manage the campus payroll administration responsibilities.
Essential Position Responsibilities and Functions:
- Ensure high customer service standards are maintained when dealing with students and associates.
- Administer the campus payroll processing duties, which include timesheet approval, accuracy of the semi-monthly payroll, monitoring of paid time off and other HRC duties as assigned.
- Service students by taking and processing payments, assisting students in understanding their accounts.
- Create and distribute student communications.
- Participate in College initiated file reviews.
- Complete and file business office documents into student files.
- Support campus functions, including graduation, orientations, and events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Associate degree in related field.
- Work experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to interact and work professionally with faculty, staff, and students.
- Must be able to work independently and possess a drive for excellence.
- A background check is required.
