Job Description
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Lab Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
Summer intern in US Medical Affairs Lung/Heme/EIS Team will work closely with the Executive Director (ED), Team Lead (TL) and US Director of Medical Affairs (US DMA) on various tasks to ensure compliance, timely delivery, appropriate use of resources, simplified processes to accomplish and deliver on quarterly goals/5 pillars (Scientific Exchange, Insights, Investigator Initiated Studies, Congresses and our Research & Development Division Trials).
Attend and be the scribe at team meetings, with key takeaways and renewed ideas to simplify processes
Re-organize and maintain team SharePoint site
Veeva CRM activities related to Scientific Leader (SL) roster optimization
Assist operations and data analytics team as needed
Support US DMAs with training activities
This is a 12-week summer internship.
Education Minimum Requirement:
Candidates must be enrolled in a science-based PhD program or a PY1-PY4 PharmD program.
Required Experience and Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
Must be able to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment
Critical thinking, analytical, budgeting, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Teams)
Business and market knowledge, including quality management
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Prior experience in project management highly preferred
Clinical research/pharmaceutical industry experience
Leadership/management experience

Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
