GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking a Highway Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance team based in Meeteetse, Wyoming. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain and improve the state’s highways, playing a vital part in keeping Wyoming’s transportation system safe and reliable. Meeteetse means "meeting place" in Shoshone. It offers a unique blend of small-town charm, rich history, and exceptional outdoor recreation. The surrounding area provides year-round opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts, including snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ATV riding, hiking, and camping. Fishing for cutthroat trout in the Greybull river makes for wonderful weekends as well.

- Completes performance evaluations for their team members.
