Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Program Coordinator II who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As a Program Coordinator II you will:
•Manage day-to-day operations for Adventist HealthCare’s Community Partnership Fund (CPF) which awards grants and sponsorships to local community organizations
•Maintaining Foundant grant application software
•Communicating with partner organizations
•Ensuring CPF activities proceed according to our outlined processes and timelines; collaborating with the Community Benefit team to adjust and improve processes annually
•Review funding applications in collaboration with Community Benefit team
•Coordinate quarterly CPF board meetings
•Collaborate on the timely and accurate compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines and standards including Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs), Implementation Strategies, annual state Community Benefit Reports, and IRS Schedule H narrative responses
•Coordinate accurate systemwide tracking of community benefit activities through the engagement of internal stakeholders and the facilitation of education and training activities for Lyons CBISA software
•Partner with key internal hospital and health system clinical leaders and administrators to plan, monitor progress, and evaluate impact of community health improvement efforts, as part of their Implementation Strategies
•Work with internal team members to ensure health education and prevention programs are evidence-based/best practices
•Foster new and existing collaborative relationships with key community stakeholders, community based organizations, businesses and government partners to address community health needs, set priorities and align programs to amplify health outcomes
Qualifications include:
•Bachelor's degree in relative field and 3 to 5 years of experience
•Excellent analytical and research skills.
•Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data, integrate data.
•Proven pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work both as an individual and within a team to resolve issues.
•Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverable simultaneously.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional
Work Schedule:
Full Time Monday - Friday
