About the role

Job Summary

Maintains responsibility for the administrative operations of the department as related to marketing and public relations, team member education development, general supervision of the office and transcription functions, chargemaster process and special projects as assigned by leadership.



Essential Functions

  • Serves as a liaison between physician offices and the department while responsible for marketing all of imaging services to physician offices. Serves as a liaison between imaging leaders, radiologists, and medical team members.
  • Maintains responsibility for the oversight of payroll and technical charge audits.
  • Evaluates team member education needs and plans/provides programs for all imaging team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Manages all team member files and facilitates the processing of all paperwork related to human resources within imaging.
  • Assists with budget process to include monthly variance reporting and monthly statistical reporting.
  • Maintains responsibility for the oversight of all department activities related to team member engagement, team celebrations and team member reward/recognition program.
  • Investigates customer complaints and works with lead imaging team members to improve customer service.
  • Performs special projects as assigned and represents imaging services in assigned committee meetings.

Physical Requirements

Works in a fast-paced environment with physicians and direct patient contract. Ability to communicate clearly in English (both verbally and written). Works in an analytical, physical and managerial environment.



Education, Experience and Certifications

Associates Degree in Management or Business required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Prior supervisory/management experience required.
