Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate as a trusted advisor and business partner within the Operations team, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams
• Support spending for the IT organization, including but not limited to, expense and capital management, rolling 8 quarter forecast, monthly re-commit, variance analysis, monthly close and management reporting
• Analyze financial results, trends, performance metrics, and provide variance/root cause analysis to support management investment decisions
• Prepare executive presentations to review results and forecasts with management and business partners
• Perform and critique economic evaluation justifications for capital expenditures
• Collaborate and consolidate with operation functions to deliver monthly, quarterly, annual capital review meeting
• Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement
• Support ad hoc initiatives and business cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different functions
• Exhibits solid business acumen, communication, collaboration and presentation skills
• Team focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Systems and tools skills required: SmartView, Oracle, Excel, and PowerPoint
• MBA preferred but not required
