Oregon State Hospital (OSH) Employee and Labor Relations Team!
You’ll enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule with 3 days working in our Salem office at the Oregon State Hospital, and 2 days remotely.
The Oregon State Hospital provides patient-centered, psychiatric treatment for adults from throughout the state who need hospital-level care. Our primary goal is to help people recover from their illness and return to the community. Human Resource Business Partners serve as trusted advisors to leadership, helping navigate sensitive and complex employee matters, labor relations issues, workplace investigations, organizational change, and critical workforce challenges.
