The Clerical Assistant will have strong verbal and communication skills along with good customer service skills. Is responsible for theefficient workflow of the receptionist area with a focus on HR administrative tasks, to include processing identification badges, and handling incoming/outgoing departmental mail. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; including excel spreadsheets. Strong typing and editing skills of documents as requested.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous clerical experience in an office environment
