Target Range:

$45,000.00 - $86,625.08

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

About This Job

Responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data in various accounting, finance, and treasury departments. Collaborate with team members to provide analytics, metrics, and benchmarks. This role will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring data from various sources and providing recommendations based on data.

Responsibility

• Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns in key financial metrics utilized to support business decisions
• Providing recommendations on how to execute on management’s analytical requests
• Preparing reports for senior management about the financial status of the business to support strategic decisions about future operations
• Creating various sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Researching current economic and financial outlook
• Performing detailed analysis of select P&L and balance sheet accruals. Making recommendations for improving operations and creating a project plan to execute on improvements
• Building business context surrounding the financial items being researched
• Developing relationships with key partners across the organization to deepen analysis and findings

Requirement

• Bachor degree
• Strong in SQL
• 2+ years of SQL experience in job functions
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Projects, Jira, Slack and other similar tools
• 2 year of Excel including pivot tables, compound formulas, arrays
• Proven ability to understand technically complex concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience writing business requirements documents
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user experience
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
• Ability to identify, recommend, and drive process improvements
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
• Manage multiple and/or shifting priorities and timelines while producing professional quality and accurate deliverables
• Customer service-oriented mindset

Preferred

• 2 year experience in an accounting and finance or FP&A department
• Experience with project management methodology such as Agile and JIRA
• Experience in an Accounting and Finance Organization
• Experience with report visualization tools such Oracle, Tableau, SSRS, Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Report Builder, and others
