<p><strong>Hello!</strong> <strong>👋🏽</strong><br/>At Factorial we're looking for a new <strong>Junior Onboarding Specialist for the Portuguese Market</strong> to help us boost the company to the next level 🦄<br/></p><p><strong>Ready to be part of the challenge?🚀 </strong><br/></p><p><strong>The Role 📜</strong><br/>We are looking for a <strong>Junior Onboarding Specialist for the Portuguese Market</strong> to join our team and act as the first point of contact for our customers and help Factorial grow <strong>in the Portuguese Market.</strong></p><p><br/>As part of the Onboarding Specialist team, you will be responsible for <strong>onboarding new clients</strong>, ensuring our clients <strong>use the platform to its fullest</strong>, and gathering <strong>customers' feedback</strong>. One of your greatest challenges will be to <strong>make sure</strong> our product can be <strong>fully adapted to the client's needs</strong>.
