Bilingual Medical Assistant (On-Call)

Location: Chenming & Margaret Hu Medical Center (HMC)
 
Availability:  Must be able to work 2-3 days per week. Hours of operation is 9 AM to 5 PM.
 
Job Summary:
The Health Coach is a Medical Assistant who, under supervision from the Clinic Site RN Manager or Clinic Units Manager, also serves as a member of the chronic care management team collaborating with patients and their providers to optimize the delivery of health care services to patients. The Health Coach provides medical assistance and interpretation, coordinates patient care with providers, and performs clerical tasks.
