Job Description

This role would be onsite at our Research Triangle Park, NC office.

• Enters and updates information in SharePoint, including the Employee Gallery and Clients Talk on PSI Live
• Organizes and maintains marketing databases and folders in SharePoint, PSI Live, and BD Marketing
• Monitors the departmental and PSI blogs for newsworthy content to share
• Keeps track of marketing news shared on external sites (PRIMA links) and updates internal databases
• Facilitates various website updates
• Helps to curate various pieces of employment brand-focused content
• Assists in creating social media promotions of lead gen and employment brand content
• Creates artwork for social media and PSI Live
• Assists in designing marketing materials for PSI campaigns and events
• Coordinates branded merchandise mailings and the shipment of meeting supplies and conference materials both in the US and internationally
• Coordinates internal communications for marketing projects
• Handles article queries and update requests

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, in English, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field.
