The Data Governance Manager will frame and set up processes to monitor and approve the sharing and exchange of information between Eurofins companies.                                                                      </p><p>More specifically, the Data Governance Manager’s mission will be to:</p><ul><li>Identify and map data sharing and exchange;</li><li>Identify and assess risks involved with such data sharing;</li><li>Create approval processes, standard clauses for related contracts, and guidelines for sharing and transferring of information between Eurofins companies;</li><li>Create and setup audit and monitoring mechanisms and processes;</li><li>Provide training to leaders of Eurofins companies and National and Regional business leaders;</li><li>Be the point of contact for related questions and facilitate the coordination of local / subject matter experts.</li></ul><p>Location: Spain/Poland/CEE or Brussels</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Personal skills</p><ul><li>Strong analytical skills;</li><li><strong>Excellent written communication skills in English</strong>;</li><li><strong>Structured, attentive to detail, with strong organisational skills</strong>;</li><li>Results-oriented;</li><li>High level of energy, drive and passion to succeed;</li><li>Pragmatic, proactive, flexible and adaptable;</li><li><strong>Ability to work in an autonomous manner</strong>;</li><li><strong>Good interpersonal and communication skills </strong>in an international setting.</li></ul><p>Technical skills</p><ul><li><strong>Familiarity and comfort with technical, data, regulations and legal matters is an asset.</strong></li></ul><p>Education</p><ul><li>Master Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.</li></ul><p>Language skills</p><ul><li>English (native-speaker or bi-lingual level);</li><li>Any additional language is an asset.</li></ul><p>Previous experience</p><ul><li>3-6 years of general consulting experience in an international setting, a plus if also has relevant experience in data/process analysis, risk management, business operations or similar.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>We support your development! </strong>Do you feel you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
