<p>Our mission in the Supply Tech group is to empower our activity providers to deliver unforgettable and seamless experiences to GetYourGuide’s customers at scale. We are responsible for all supply-facing experiences and manage all inventory offered in the marketplace. We take pride in ownership and collaboration that align with our company principles. We start by deeply understanding our suppliers’ needs and building towards a vision that helps connect thousands of activity providers with millions of travelers worldwide.</p>
<h3><strong>Role Overview </strong></h3>
<p>As a Lead Product Manager, you will have significant ownership and be responsible for defining a vision and strategy that impacts multiple product areas and teams within GetYourGuide. You will have an executive presence to gain buy-in and influence the company's long-term vision. In this role, you will execute complex projects that require multiple Product and Business teams that depend on you to achieve their goals.</p>
<p>The <strong>Supply Data Products </strong>team is at the forefront of innovation, building innovative AI solutions that impact every strategic aspect of the supply domain, from streamlining the supplier <a href="https://www.getyourguide.supply/fall2024">onboarding experience</a> to enriching our catalog with accurate, complete, and engaging information. These solutions drive large-scale supply optimization and ensure the success of our activity providers within the marketplace. </p>

<h3><strong>You will:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Ownership:</strong> Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for your product area, set clear, measurable goals, and take full responsibility for outcomes. Drive sustained impact through a long-term (12 months+) roadmap, identifying areas for non-incremental impact.</li>
<li><strong>Ambiguity:</strong> Proactively navigate and clarify ambiguous situations, breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks. Making confident decisions even with incomplete information and independently identifying opportunities for significant impact.</li>
<li><strong>Communication:</strong> Articulate and connect your product area’s strategy to the company’s mission. Break down the strategy into actionable steps, regularly update stakeholders on progress, and create excitement for your long-term vision.</li>
<li><strong>Prioritization:</strong> Analyze user feedback, market trends, and business metrics to inform decision-making. Prioritize initiatives, re-evaluate the roadmap based on new insights, and ensure the most valuable features are delivered first. Make strategic decisions on sequencing and prioritizing product work to maximize impact and learning.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Build trust with various stakeholders, set clear expectations, and align them with your product area’s roadmap. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and create buy-in across the organization. Influence laterally and upward to build support for product initiatives, motivating and engaging your team and other important stakeholder groups.</li>
<li><strong>Experimentation:</strong> Plan and execute experiments to test hypotheses, develop A/B tests, and analyze data to derive actionable insights. Leverage experimentation to evaluate your team's investment and inform future product decisions.</li>
<li><strong>Leadership:</strong> Represent user interests at all levels of the organization. Act openly and transparently with your team, peers, and executive leadership. Provide coaching and mentorship to other team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.</li>

<h3><strong>Who you are</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of professional experience in data science-oriented product management and at least 2+ as a Lead Product Manager</li>
<li>Demonstrated ownership over multiple product areas in a previous role, including responsibilities for strategy, KP
