Location: Golconda-Sangareddy

Qualification: Graduate and Diploma in Supply chain / Logistics

Year of experience: Minimum 3 + Yrs of Experience in Warehouse

 

Job Purpose: Co-ordinate all logistics activities at the Unit

 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare the daily/weekly dispatch plan based on the projection given by the HO logistics contact / Brewery Procurement & Logistics Manager.
• Accountable for meeting weekly/ monthly dispatch plan.
• Coordinate with Transporters and Transport Association
• Plan the stocking of the finished products in such a way so as to maximize space availability in the warehouse & also to see that the movement of finished products is FIFO based.
• Ensure that the target dispatch volumes are achieved.
• Preparation of Invoice in System, knowledge of commercial terms.
• Handling & forwarding of Freight Bills.
• Ensure that all the target losses are within specified limits.
• To ensure that all the statutory documents pertaining to the state excise are maintained properly & the challans for goods going out of the factory are in order.
• Ensure optimum utilization of available manpower for dispatch.
• To ensure that all the legal compliance regarding the State Excise are properly followed to maintain the smooth dispatches of the finished goods.
• Knowledge of ERP system
