Musco's Insane Impact Team has an opening for a Director of Project Management at our Des Moines office. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

Essential Criteria:

• 5+ years of construction or AV project experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a team of 10+ individuals
• Proficiency in blueprint reading
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
• Ability to work with a customer or general contractor to bring a project to completion, and/or knowing the intricacies of each role in the process
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset
• Up to but not limited to 50% travel

Roles and Responsibilities:

Program Management Oversight:

• Oversee and manage multiple project management programs
• Ensure the successful execution and completion of approximately 10 projects simultaneously
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project management team while reporting to the VP of Technology

Team Leadership and Training:

• Responsible for the success of the project management team
• Train and mentor project managers within the program
• Develop and implement training programs for project management staff

Project Coordination and Scheduling:

• Lead project coordination efforts with operations
• Maintain and manage the Master Calendar alongside the Director of Operations
• Develop and support staffing timelines with Field Manager
• Conduct PM Meetings and maintain the PM Scorecard
• Enter new projects and assign project managers accordingly

Reporting and Compliance:

• Ensure that all reports are sent on time and are accurate
