About the role

The Transformation Director is accountable for driving delivery of URUS’s highest-priority enterprise initiatives, with particular emphasis on executing the URUS 2030 strategy and enabling successful M&A integrations. The role combines strong strategic program leadership with practical execution and change leadership to ensure complex, cross-functional efforts result in clear, measurable business impact.

Reporting to the CIO and partnering closely with the M&A Director, this role acts as a central driver of transformation across the organization. Grounded in PMO discipline but not constrained by traditional, process-heavy models, the focus is on setting a clear standard for effective execution, energizing leaders, reinforcing accountability, and coaching leaders and teams to improve execution.

The Transformation Director will operate fluidly between the executive and operational levels—crafting and communicating compelling narratives, aligning leadership around priorities, enabling transparent performance reporting, and engaging directly in delivery when required, particularly for M&A integration and other mission-critical transformation efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Transformation & Strategy Execution

  • Lead the execution of the URUS 2030 strategy by translating strategic priorities into clear, coordinated, and actionable enterprise programs.

  • Ensure strategic initiatives are well-sequenced, resourced, and delivering intended business value.

  • Partner with executive sponsors, brand leaders, functional leaders, and regional teams to drive aligned execution across the enterprise.

  • Act as an executional “force multiplier” for leadership—helping leaders turn ambition into results.

M&A Integration Leadership

  • Work closely with the M&A Director to plan and execute post-merger integration activities across people, processes, technology, and governance.

  • Provide hands-on leadership for integration programs, particularly in early stages or high-risk areas.

  • Establish clear integration of roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
