As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a central role in maintaining a resilient, secure, and high-performance network environment. Your responsibilities span from designing and configuring network components to troubleshooting and collaborating with other teams. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the growth of the engineering team and ensure the seamless integration of network services. Your participation in the on-call rotation will ensure the continuous availability and reliability of our network infrastructure.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Design, implement and support short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure local and wide area
  network capacity meets existing and future requirements. This will include both physical and cloud
  technologies.
• Installing and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Working knowledge with Cisco Meraki, Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect.
• Network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related
  documentation.
• Experience with network automation platforms (e.g., Ansible) and scripting for network automation.
• Set technical standards for network infrastructure, security baselines, policies, and procedures.
• Provide Tier 3 support for all network and data communication issues including internet circuits,
  routing protocols, VPN connectivity, WAN optimization, IVR, and 3rd party vendor connectivity.
• VOIP Administration: Working knowledge of Genesys Purecloud or other cloud contact center.

What You Bring To The Role

• Minimum 4 years in relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology; OR 5-8 years in relevant experience
• Motivated and self-starter with good technical aptitude
• Work with internal as well as external technical teams during design, development, and implementation phases of various network-related initiatives
• Excellent oral and written communication skills: able to distill complicated issues into clear and concise terms and to create and maintain effective technical documentation
• Project management skills, including the ability to work independently and within teams
• Configuration experience with AWS\Azure\GCP networking
• Participation in on-call rotation periodically which may involve non-traditional working hours
• Experience with monitoring tools (Preferably SolarWinds)
• Relevant certifications preferred (CCNA, CISSP, CCNP)

The expected salary range for this role is $142,127.00 - $155,800.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
