Position Overview
The Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) is the state’s lead division serving people with disabilities committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and racial justice. The mission of the Division is to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals of employment, education, and independent living. This position serves as the Bureau of Home and Community Based Supports Statewide Medicaid Reimbursement Program Specialist responsible for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the operation of the Medicaid Reimbursement Program as it pertains to the Home Services Program (HSP). This position will be responsible for maximizing federal revenue via Federal Financial Participation (FFP) funds, by ensuring accuracy of HSP claims for FFP funds and fixing rejected claims. The Division is seeking to hire a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills to serve as the statewide Medicaid Reimbursement Program Specialist.
