Skills and experience you will bring to us: 

• Maintenance Technician preforms routine Maintenance and repairs to building furniture, and equipment. 
• Performs preventive maintenance functions and replaces and installs lights, fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Assists with furniture moves, set-up and tear-down for special events, installing and removing signage & banners, and other property maintenance needs as assigned to ensure a positive impression for our guests.

 

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Extensive Knowledge of light and heavy maintenance equipment.
• Valid New York State driver's license (or ability to obtain one upon establishing residency).
• At least 2 years’ experience in general maintenance including carpentry, plumbing and/or electrical.
