Lead Maintenance (HVAC)

Description

Woodscape Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance. In this role you will coordinate and direct maintenance activities, including repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects.

This role is vital in maintaining a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Must know electrical, plumbing, appliances, energetic, and self-motivated.
• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• HVAC Certification (EPA) required
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of operating independently
• Must be available for scheduled on-call rotation
