Your Compensation:  

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $144,400 - $180,500 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $144,400 - $216,600.

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee Sound's enterprise information security and cybersecurity programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Manage IT and cybersecurity risks, securing information and data assets, systems, and networks to support business objectives.
• Plan, implement, coordinate, and maintain the overall information security and cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security & IT, preferably in the Credit Union or financial services industries.
• 5+ years managing security operations/teams required.
• Experience conducting Information Security Risk Assessments (NIST, CSF, PCI, GLBA, etc.) is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Cyber Security or related field preferred.
