How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Conduct electrical, mechanical, and visual testing throughout the manufacturing process.

• Identify and document defects or non-conformances, escalating issues as needed.

• Maintain accurate, traceable inspection records to support data-driven decisions.

• Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated at required intervals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.

• Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts as needed.

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.

• 5+ years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Experience in quality control or assurance, with knowledge of QMS and industry standards.
