Business Analyst, Sr

As a Senior Business Analyst on Epicor’s Quick Ship team, you will play a key role in gathering requirements, defining features, and ensuring the successful development and deployment of shipping and logistics solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and internal stakeholders while acting as the voice of the customer to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will drive product enhancements, support case resolutions, and the successful rollout of new releases.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather and document product requirements.
• Writing user stories, business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Acting as the voice of the customer and the user to the development team, ensuring product features align with user needs.
• Becoming a subject matter expert on the product, taking ownership of features and cases within your area.
• Working with the Product Management team to roll out releases and new product features.
• Managing and handling multiple project streams in parallel, ensuring smooth execution.
• Conducting demos and sprint reviews for stakeholders and user groups.
• Reviewing and maintaining documentation for delivered projects to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Acting as a Scrum Master for the team, facilitating agile processes and best practices.
• Answering development team questions about features and requirements, collaborating with product management as needed.
• Identifying and analyzing new scope requirements based on demonstrations and stakeholder feedback.
• Performing impact analysis of scope changes and negotiating priorities with Product Management.

What you will likely bring:

• 5+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success in business analysis.
• 2+ years of specialized or industry experience in shipping, logistics, or ERP-related solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to discover complex requirements and design solutions.
• Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Expertise in analytical and strategic thinking with a customer/client-oriented approach.
• Experience mentoring and guiding other team members.
• Strong domain knowledge and the ability to negotiate priorities effectively.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master certification.
• Background in enterprise shipping, logistics, or Quick Ship solutions.
• Hands-on experience conducting impact analyses and prioritizing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision while managing multiple high-priority tasks.
