This is a hybrid position located in Columbus Ohio and you will be required to come into the office two days per week. 

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Financial Consultant to join our Pet Insurance business. This pivotal role will serve as a liaison across product, pricing, and capital management functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable strategies.

• Influence Product Strategy: Collaborate with product teams to develop and refine product offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market demands.
• Drive Income Statement Results: Analyze financial performance and provide insights to optimize profitability and growth.
• Capital Management: Develop and implement strategies for effective capital allocation and management, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical background to handle and communicate complex financial concepts, making them accessible to various stakeholders.
• Relationship Building: Form strong relationships with business units, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing decision-making processes.
• Outcome Affirmation: Provide clear and confident recommendations, affirming outcomes and driving strategic initiatives forward.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial strategy, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to handle and explain complex financial concepts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive strategic outcomes.
