Welcome to Onshore Ireland & UK
You’ll be part of Development & Operations where you, together with your colleagues, will provide assistance to the Senior Director with diary management and logistics, as well as support them on presentation development and business reporting. In addition, you’ll support the wider business on Account Payable invoice processing and query management. We work closely supporting each other, embracing opportunities for change in order to influence the best and most efficient way of working. We’re a friendly and dynamic team with colleagues who are professional, supportive, dedicated, and always looking to improve the way we work, in order to provide the best service possible.
You’ll play an important role in:
- coordinating travel arrangements for the Senior Director as well as collating and filing of expenses afterwards
- assisting in planning and organising of workshops, events etc. for the Senior Director, as well as supporting them in developing presentations, spreadsheets, or other documents
- invoice management through to Accounts Payable for payment
- liaising with business and vendors to coordinate new vendor setup process and changing existing vendor data
- supporting the Facilities Lead with periodic backfill support, incl. facility access
- managing daily incoming and outgoing post, registered post, and booking couriers collections.
To succeed in the role, you:
- preferably have moderate administration experience
- are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- have a clear analytical style with attention to detail and high-quality standards
- demonstrate strong organisational skills, together with ability to prioritise effectively
- are a team player with a proactive attitude
- can communicate in a clear and effective way.
