Overview:

Creates and vets work orders and distributes to staff and vendors.  Tracks timeliness of completion and reviews and manages open obligations with mechanics and Construction and Property Managers.

Location: This position works on-site at our One M&T Plaza location.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review and processes Construction and Property Management invoices for routine services based on assigned region. 
• Complete expense reports for field personnel when required.
• Receive, code and disburse mail.
• Run daily Department reports and distribute to field.
• Assist in data entry for projects.
• Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.  Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibilities:

This position manages approximately 6,600 work orders annually from initiation to completion. 

Education and Experience Required:

Associate’s degree in Business, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 2 years’ higher education and/or work experience

Customer service experience

Working knowledge of Construction and Property Management terminology

Education and Experience Preferred:

Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.11 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
