Your scope of work will include daily cooperation with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Software &amp; System Architects and other technical experts, so that to effectively achieve the committed objectives.</span></li><li><span>Analyze, design, develop and test products / services / improvements / bug resolutions for software systems as per customers' requirements.</span></li><li><span>Resolve customer trouble tickets. Diagnose complex problems / issues (EG hardware, software, combination) and provide resolution or recommend corrective actions.</span></li><li><span>Apply and maintain quality standards. Participate in process and tools evolutions and improvements.</span></li><li><span>Create and execute test plans for functional and system testing on Nokia's Core Products.</span></li><li><span>Automate all test cases using Robot framework.</span></li><li><span>Integrate automation in the regression infrastructure.</span></li><li><span>Work with product documentation team for creating and maintaining customer documentation.</span></li><li><span>Work effectively in a mixed environment and use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.</span></li><li><span>Often leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues</span><br/> </li></ul> <ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Candidates with Bachelor´s in CS, EE, will be more relevant.
