EB Claims Associate executes accurately and efficiently all requests for claim reimbursements so that participants are fully aware of the process and satisfied with the insurance’s claim decision.

• Manual guarantee and coordination of benefit of health insurance
• Process Claim reimbursement
• Claim reimbursement analysis

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree from any major
• Have experience as Broker Claims Team, TPA Claim Analyst, Insurance Claim Analyst, Nurse/Basic Medical Experience, or Hospital Administrator
• Willing to work in a contract scheme
• Willing to work with hybrid arrangement
• Proficient in using MS Excel
