Assistant Officer / Officer, Claims (General Insurance) (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle Recovery and Reinsurance claims for different lines of business within well-defined guidelines
• Verify, investigate and assess the recovery prospect to achieve company target
• Liaise with customers, service providers and third-party claimants
• Handle and settle Motor insurance claims whenever required
• Provide quality service to customers in accordance with the service standards
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Secondary education or above
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Relevant experience in general insurance industry will be definitely an advantage
• Professional insurance qualification (e.g. IIQE / ACII / ANZIIF) will be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Good computer skills
