POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the internal steps for client renewals and new business as they navigate the various phases of execution across Allied’s Revenue Operations, Client Management, Contracts, and Billing teams. The Project Manager will ensure each team is on track with their deliverables to execute proposals, client contracts, and invoicing by leading regular status meetings to review the work being completed for each renewal and new client win. They will manage all the phases together in a project tracker, as each team is dependent upon the other to complete their tasks in the project life cycle.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Lead and manage annual renewals and new business across various teams, ensuring each department executes their deliverables timely and accurately.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams by holding regular status meetings and updating project stakeholders on the status.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation, track progress, and ensure that renewals and new business are successfully moving through the various phases.

Track and report on project status, addressing any issues that arise and facilitating resolution if necessary.

Internal resource for escalations and working with internal stakeholders on questions and troubleshooting issues that may arise with internal applications and processes.

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of renewals and new business across departments.

Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.

Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal and external project partners, acting as a liaison between different departments and teams.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage risks, adjust priorities, and communicate project status.

Identify potential project risks and assist in implementing contingency plans, in consultation with the key project stakeholders and the VP of Operations.

Support the implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain project integrity.

Review existing processes, tools, procedures, and workflows to propose enhancements when necessary.

Ensure the evolution of the renewal and new business paperwork is completed on time.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Allied’s renewal requirements.

Gather, analyze, and research information that may impact the project.

Track project performance and analyzes lessons learned.
EDUCATION
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

At least 3 years of Project Management experience required

Previous experience in managing projects, client renewals or managing projects across departments.
