With a team of over 1000 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe, Asia, and the US, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.</p><p>Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time. </p><p><strong>We are looking to add a passionate and dedicated </strong><strong>Senior QA Engineer</strong><strong> to our team in Bucharest!</strong></p><p><strong>What You'll get to do:</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Define/contribute to the testing strategy per testing domains</li> <li>Define/contribute to the quality process &amp; procedures</li> <li>Continuous contribution to the quality improvement plan (ex: bug escape analysis, quality KPIs, quality reports, etc)</li> <li>Define, develop, and implement quality assurance best practices</li> <li>Constantly identifies high-quality bugs based on department standards and performs accurate regressions of existing bugs</li> <li>Conduct root cause analysis on the identified defects, providing sufficient details to understand, replicate and resolve the defect</li> <li>Perform End-to-End testing, Black Box Testing, Grey Box Testing</li> <li>Exploratory, Smoke, Regression Testing</li> <li>Perform tests on both Front End and Back End (with accent on Front End testing)</li> <li>Able to run automation suites and provide relevant reports</li> <li>Shares constructive opinions with team members and everyone involved in the project/product</li> <li>Participate and actively contribute during team meetings (demos, retrospectives, planning, etc)</li> <li>Support developers in the identification and reproduction of bugs, work closely to deliver quality software</li> </ul><p><strong>What You need to shine:</strong></p><ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years in a similar position </li> <li>Solid Quality Assurance and Quality Process experience</li> <li>Experience with testing on various platforms: Mobile in priority, Desktop, API Testing etc. - solid experience in Mobile testing will be highly appreciated</li> <li>At least minimum knowledge of a Front-End Automation tool/technology (like Playwright or similar)</li> <li>Preferable knowledge in working with JIRA</li> <li>Experience in working with test management tools (like TestRail or similar)</li> <li>Accuracy in reporting issues, all steps to reproduce and observed behaviour</li> <li>Knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures</li> <li>Knowledge of SDLC processes</li> <li>Basic knowledge in working with API Swaggers, SQL database and Postman</li> <li>Understanding and proven aptitude in defect identification, research, review, documentation, communication, and assessment</li> <li>Understanding and proven aptitude in test case management within a designated timeframe</li> <li>Demonstrated prioritization skills</li> <li>Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)</li> <li>Ability to identify gaps in the testing process and provide solutions to mitigate any risks</li> <li>Autonomous and resourceful</li> <li>Basic knowledge or interested in gaining automation knowledge (Java, Selenium, C#)</li> </ul><p><strong>Here's what we offer:</strong></p><ul> <li>Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.</li> </ul><ul> <li><strong>Stay Healthy:</strong> 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.</li> </ul><ul> <li><strong>Hybrid work schedule</strong>: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).</li> </ul><ul> <li><strong>Support for New Parents:</strong></li> </ul><ul> <li>21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.</li> <li>4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.</li> </ul><p>Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
