Senior Program Manager EMEA, Security and Loss Prevention , S&LP Customer Fulfillment Program Implementation

The Senior Program Manager EMEA S&amp;LP Customer Fulfilment, is responsible for ensuring that their area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset (lives, buildings, equipment, data, &amp; professional property) protection through design of physical infrastructure and processes across EMEA Customer Fulfilment environment. <br/>The Senior Program Manager is supporting the operations organization: Working with the Operational teams as well as cross-functional teams throughout the organization. They will be instrumental in propelling network wide projects to effect continual improvements in business goals, productivity and development of Loss Prevention within the company. <br/>The Senior Program Manager is field based. They will be required to engage with, and influence global-, regional- and local business senior leadership. <br/>Key deliverables <br/>Subject matter Expert for CF to Risk assessment and management; S&amp;LP Performance Management; Regulatory, legal and labour compliance; Compliance to internal standards; Handling incidents, investigations and MO intelligence; Crisis management and resilience; Key internal and external contacts. <br/>Key Responsibilities include: <br/> - Work with cross functional teams to develop and deploy specific programs to motivate associates and staff to comply with policies, programs, standards and guidelines<br/> <br/> - Enhance, track, and report on metrics, which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner<br/> <br/> - Assist with investigations of internal and external theft and fraud and conduct interviews when appropriate<br/> <br/> - Develop action steps to support internal customers in resolving identified issues and mitigating risks, including identified certified contractors who resolve physical security system issues<br/> <br/> - Support crisis management planning and emergency response for facilities<br/> <br/> - Develop business cases which receive the required approval, financial and technical resources, and the support of appropriate management to enact desired changes<br/> <br/> - Handle a high volume workload and in fast pace, complex, changing environment<br/> <br/> - Organise complex data streams and identify meaningful, actionable trends<br/> <br/><br/>We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:<br/><br/>Milan, MI, ITA<h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><br/>5+ years of program or project management experience<br/>Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements<br/>Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership<br/><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>2+ years of driving process improvements experience<br/>Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field<br/><br/><br/>Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
