ROLE TITLE: Senior Consultant – Business Technology (NYC, ATL, CHI or SFO)

YOUR ROLE

In this role you will play a key role in:

§  Developing and implementing platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.

§  Lead Agile and technology transformation initiatives.

§  Design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs.

YOUR PROFILE

The right candidates will be able to Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development.  Create and implement IT operating models to enhance efficiency.  Lead Agile transformation projects, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.  Drive technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.  Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services and achieve project objectives.

We would love to see a candidate with:

§  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

§  5-8 years of professional experience in management consulting or a related role.

§  Strong understanding of platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.

§  Experience with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes.

§  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

§  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

§  Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead project teams.
