The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.</p><p></p><p><strong>Expected Outcomes & Competencies<br/><br/></strong><u><em>Outcomes</em></u><strong>:</strong></p><p></p><p><u>You will:</u></p><ul><li>Be the go to contact to our Engineering division as their dedicated HR Business Partner, driving and implementing people processes and ensuring alignment with the strategic directions of the business<br/></li><li>You’ll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our key stakeholders in Engineering. You will work in close collaboration with leaders on all levels to deeply understand their business challenges and identify significant opportunities for future growth, shaping the direction of the business. <br/></li><li>Champion our people and drive a culture of growth. Partner with the Engineering leadership to create a workplace where employees thrive. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing both short-term and long-term organizational and talent plans that align with our business objectives and drive future growth.<br/></li><li>Collaborate with leaders to drive business success. Develop a deep understanding of the Engineering division and contribute your unique expertise to shape its strategy and achieve its people goals.<br/></li><li>Own the implementation of key people programs. You'll collaborate with leaders and colleagues to roll out and manage initiatives that support our employees and drive business success, including programs like Engagement Surveys, headcount planning, Total Rewards, and performance management.<br/></li><li>Empower managers to become exceptional people leaders. You'll provide expert guidance, coaching, and training to managers on all aspects of people leadership.<br/></li><li>You’ll be at the heart of shaping and growing our culture. You’ll live and breathe our values, inspiring others to Be Curious, See the Big Picture, and Drive Teamwork.<br/></li><li>You will Act as One with the Human Resources team and will collaborate closely with HR Operations, Talent Attraction as well as Finance to make ICEYE a space where people can thrive. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Seasoned HRBP: You have a proven track record (5+ years) of success as an HR Business Partner or relevant role, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment. </li><li>Experience of working in both a small and larger businesses would be beneficial</li><li>You can effectively navigate in a matrix organization</li><li>Global HR Expertise: Ideally you will have experience of working in HR in Finland, Poland or Spain.</li><li>Leadership & Influence: You're a natural coach and influencer, adept at collaborating with executives and senior leaders. </li><li>Solution orientated & Proactive: You approach challenges and navigate change with a can-do spirit and a high degree of resilience.</li><li>Effective Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and you're comfortable facilitating presentations and workshops. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Key Competences</strong></p><p></p><p>In addition to the requirements above, we evaluate candidates on these key qualities throughout the hiring process:<br/></p><ul><li>Analytical thinking & clear communication: Rapidly comprehends, structures
