You will work in close collaboration with leaders on all levels to deeply understand their business challenges and identify significant opportunities for future growth,  shaping the direction of the business. <br/></li><li>Champion our people and drive a culture of growth. Partner with the Engineering leadership to create a workplace where employees thrive. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing both short-term and long-term organizational and talent plans that align with our business objectives and drive future growth.<br/></li><li>Collaborate with leaders to drive business success. Develop a deep understanding of the Engineering division and contribute your unique expertise to shape its strategy and achieve its people goals.<br/></li><li>Own the implementation of key people programs. You'll collaborate with leaders and colleagues to roll out and manage initiatives that support our employees and drive business success, including programs like Engagement Surveys, headcount planning, Total Rewards, and performance management.<br/></li><li>Empower managers to become exceptional people leaders.
