Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk with a passion for accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently or within a team, and possess strong analytical skills.Key Responsibilities

• Process customer and vendor invoices, statements, and financial documents in accordance with company procedures
• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable; research and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate data entry for AR/AP transactions
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports using accounting software
• Generate error-free accounting reports and present findings to management
• Communicate discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
• Handle customer refunds and credit card entries
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1–3 years of general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with AR/AP processes

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
