Homecare Services Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Services Assistant to join our growing team. 

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in homecare services and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and coordination of home health aides, ensuring our clients receive the high-quality care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of home health aides and caregivers.

Collaborate with the care coordination team to match aides with appropriate clients based on needs and availability.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and scheduling information in relevant systems, including HHAeXchange (training provided if needed).

Support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding homecare staffing.

Communicate regularly with caregivers to ensure job satisfaction and encourage retention.

Provide administrative support and reporting related to recruitment and staffing.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Experience in healthcare, staffing, or administrative coordination preferred.

Familiarity with HHAeXchange is a plus, but not required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
