DHA Registered Nurse for DOCTOR ONTIME(Homecare)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring
• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and preventive care strategies
• Manage and document patients' treatment plans, medications, and progress accurately
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in home healthcare and relevant nursing techniques

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
