Job Summary
A Business Assistant is responsible for providing support to the CIB BUs in executing Marketing campaigns and assists with the setup, planning, organizing, managing various types of events, as well as contribute with innovative ideas.Job Description
Non financial
- Work with the teams (Coverage, Cash, Markets, etc.) to obtain their requirements and details for each event.
- Liaise with Marketing team to manage and execute the marketing strategy for CIB
- Book venues and manage the schedules taking into account time constraints
- Managing events RSVP with CIB teams and clients
- Assisting with promotional activities
- Coordinate with CX team on the surveys, polls and questionnaires for customer experience
- Support CIB team (RMs/CSMs, Cash, Services, etc) through Products Commercialization Marketing Campaigns
- Manage marketing materials (customers gifts, brochures, promotional merchandise etc)
- Handle scheduling, document management, and other clerical duties
- Overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns, managing brand awareness
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to the team.
- Support the setup, planning, and organization of various events, such as conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee registration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant Chambers of Commerce and business associations.
- Assist in lead generation activities, including researching potential leads and organizing meetings or presentations
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns, event experiences, and engagement with external stakeholders.
Financial
- Track and perform considerations around the allocated Marketing budget
- Track the overall expenses and prepare Monthly Reporting on the expenses
- Identify savings opportunities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage budgets and timelines.
