Where and how you can work
Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We're looking for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, though you have flexibility to be hybrid from this location.

We are looking for an Revenue Operations Lead who is highly motivated to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external partners. The successful candidate will be a team player, collaborating with finance and sales leaders within the organization to support the company's overall strategic objectives and growth plans.
Reporting to Finance Leadership, you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Australia and the Philippines to help us on our mission to deliver best in class quote to cash. You will take part in the reconciliation of revenue generating transactions, billing and collections, accounting oversight of our revenue platform and contract management system, and quote to cash internal controls. Your strong leadership will inspire and rally the team to successfully achieve our crazy big goals.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- You will lead and mentor a global team of revenue operations accountants (a majority based in the Philippines), fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture while championing a continuous improvement mindset.
- Support the sales team, shared services group, and customers for B2B, ensuring a best-in-class quote-to-cash process, all while providing an excellent customer experience.
- You'll identify opportunities for process optimization within the quote to cash process, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assess existing systems to determine if current and future needs are met. Implement new features / enhancements to existing systems, or implement new automation as necessary to scale with the business.
- Manage the evaluation, development, and documentation of QTC policies and procedures.
- Compile and analyze quote to cash data, producing regular reports, KPI metrics and insights for management and relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with the SOX lead and Accounting team to identify risks and establish key controls within the quote-to-cash cycle to ensure compliance and risk management.
- You will oversee month-end close for revenue operations, ensuring billing data is recorded timely and accurately per US GAAP and internal policies.
You're probably a match if
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA is a plus.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in quote-to-cash or a similar finance role with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- You have expertise in subscription billing processes, invoicing, and collections strategies.
- You have experience in project management, system design and implementation.
- You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams to drive business process transformation and change management.
- You have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify issues and implement solutions proactively.
- You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
- You are highly organized, and attention to detail, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and delve deep into processes and systems.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition based on the requirements of ASC 606 (US GAAP).
