As our HR Generalist, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our department and providing crucial support to our amazing employees and managers across the hospital. From fostering positive employee relations to championing a seamless onboarding experience for our newest team members, you'll play a key role in cultivating a productive and positive workplace.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Being the Go-To Person: You'll be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our employees, answering their questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures with a helpful and empathetic approach.
• Supporting Our People: You'll provide guidance and support to both employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related topics, helping to navigate challenges and ensure fair and consistent application of our policies.
• Building Our Dream Team: You'll be instrumental in our recruitment process, from crafting engaging job postings to screening applications, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth background check process. You'll collaborate with department leaders to understand their unique hiring needs and help us find the best talent to join our mission.
• Welcoming Our Newcomers: You'll orchestrate a warm and informative onboarding experience for our new hires, setting them up for success from day one and ensuring they feel like a valued member of our hospital family.
• Keeping Things Running Smoothly: You'll manage the day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate employee records in our HRIS, and ensuring we're always compliant with employment laws and hospital policies.
• Ensuring We're on the Right Track: You'll assist with benefits administration, support open enrollment, and address employee benefit inquiries with clarity and care. You'll also help us develop and document HR procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
• A minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience, ideally within the fast-paced and rewarding environment of healthcare.
• A solid understanding of HR best practices and the ever-evolving landscape of employment laws.
• Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to the smallest of details – we appreciate accuracy!
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to tackle challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to connect effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in navigating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoi
