<p>INSEAD is seeking a <strong>Senior Director, Employer Engagement</strong> to join our Degree Programmes Department. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.</p>
<p><strong><u>About the job</u></strong></p>
<p>The INSEAD Career Development Centre (CDC) supports students and alumni in navigating their career paths by providing resources such as career coaching, job search tools, and networking opportunities. The CDC also collaborates with employers to create job opportunities and foster strong relationships between students, alumni, and the job market</p>
<p>Reporting to the Executive Director, Career Development Centre, you will spearhead the Employer Engagement strategies and activities for the CDC. You will manage a team of four Directors and the Campus Recruitment Delivery team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of recruitment initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as the primary CDC point of contact for stakeholders at the Fontainebleau Campus, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional stakeholder engagement.</p>
<p><strong><u>Your role within the team</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute the employer engagement portfolio of the various sectors globally taking into account labour market outlook of the different countries and various students' preferences and profiles to source career opportunities for students and participants. </li>
<li>Lead and mentor five senior team members, including four Directors of Employer Engagement (regional and global portfolios) and one Campus Recruitment Manager.</li>
<li>Establish performance objectives, foster professional development, and promote collaboration across regions and portfolios. </li>
<li>Build and cultivate recruiting relationships within key accounts where necessary.</li>
<li>Act as the CDC key point of contact for senior stakeholders in the Fontainebleau Campus, including Degree Programmes leadership, faculty, external partners, and students.</li>
<li>Craft and plan on campus recruitment strategy including conceptualizing and delivering events in various formats.</li>
<li>Advocate for students recruitment and marketing via presentation at recruiting events and to collaborate with Advancement and EDP, when necessary </li>
<li>Keep abreast of labour market trends globally, advising on adjustments to employer engagement strategies and career offerings and ensure the CDC's offerings and support remain relevant, proactive, and aligned with student and employer needs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>The ideal candidate profile</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors in related field, Masters' or Advance Degree preferred</li>
<li>Coaching certification preferred</li>
<li>At least 7 years of experience in business development and experience managing global teams; global experience preferred</li>
<li>Skills required: Project management, Influencing and negotiation, Strategic thinking, Presentation, Business development, including research, segmentation and targeting, Portfolio management, scenario planning, Client management, Content development and delivery, Advisory and coaching </li>
<li>Be the driving force behind ensuring your team understands client needs and takes ownership for delivering solutions that provide real value.</li>
<li>Demonstrates empathy by valuing the perspectives of each team member, supporting them through challenges, and creating an environment where everyone feels heard, respected and valued.</li>
