The Position
Purpose of the role
As an Implementation Excellence Graduate Associate in the START-TECH program, your
primary objective is to contribute to a key project aimed at standardizing and improving the
implementation processes of Navify Lab Operations across different regions. This role is designed to accelerate your professional development and enable you to be a significant contributor to Roche’s mission of improving patient’s lives.
You will gain hands-on experience in project management, learning agile methodologies, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance implementation quality and efficiency. Main responsibilities:
Support driving a standardization project: Support the improvement of standardization methods implemented across different regions.
Support optimizing implementation processes: aid in reducing installation time for new implementations while enhancing implementation quality.
Project management: assist in managing project tasks to ensure delivery times are met.
Repository Management: Maintain a repository of deliverables to facilitate collaboration among various Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Standardization rollout: help in rolling out standardization deliverables, including technical configuration standards and associated documentation.
Facilitate collaboration: promote and support effective collaboration across different network members.
Agile methodologies: Organize and keep up to date using an agile methodology.
What would your day-to-day look like?
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for an ongoing project aimed at
standardizing and enhancing the implementation of navify Lab Operations. You will be a key
contact to facilitate the collaboration among various Subject Matter Experts (e.g.: Support &
Training specialists, Implementation Solution Managers, and other Roche Service
Representatives).
Your daily tasks will include maintaining project updates and working with agile methodologies
to ensure timely delivery.
Additionally, you will learn about regional implementation standards and will support the team in
improving their standardization methods, thereby enhancing implementation quality.
Who are you?
You are a recent graduate looking for your first professional experience, holding a degree in one
of the following fields:
Technology (Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science).
Engineering (Biomedical, systems, or similar disciplines).
Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields).
In addition to your academic background, you possess the following qualities:
