Our Cross City location in Florida, United States is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. This job is permanent, full-time.
Assists by providing support to managers, other employees, customers, and visitors by handling office tasks, such as answering phone calls and routing to the proper recipient, delivering company mail, managing incoming emails, maintain and order proper inventory of office supplies, and greeting visitors.
Requirements
1. Ability to work with MS Office, printers, and calculators.
2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required.
3. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
4. Demonstrate ability to perform several tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
5. Cross-train in other areas to assist with co-worker absences.
6. Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
7. Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.
8. Work in a safe and efficient manner.
Education, Experience, and Knowledge Required
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic math and record keeping skills.
