Drywall Project Manager

Description

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Triad Drywall LLC.

Triad Drywall, a premiere commercial contractor for drywall, metal framing, and acoustical installation, is seeking a Project Manager to add to our rapidly growing company. The Project Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of multiple projects. The Project Manager oversees the management of materials and vendors for each individual job. The Project Manager is responsible for a number of key performance indicators including due diligence, inspections, timing, quality, adherence to budget and team member and vendor performance. The Project Manager works with other Project Managers to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing multiple commercial projects from start to finish
• Oversee all aspects of day to day activity of the job
• Ensure the work is built in accordance with the contract documents
• Receive hand-offs from estimating
• Administer budgets, subcontracts, material purchase orders and equipment
• Perform on-site coordination quality control and tracking costs
• Work with Superintendents, and suppliers to complete material takeoffs and assure material coordination and accuracy
• Assist with oversight with payroll for labor on jobs

Requirements

• Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• On-Screen Takeoff: 1 year (Required)
• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Commercial Drywall Projects: 1+ year (Required) 
• Must be an outstanding communicator as you will be responsible for communicating with clients and upper management Education
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or other Construction Field (Preferred)
• Experience using OST / Quick Bid (Required)
• Language: English (Required) / Spanish (Plus)
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus
• Detail driven with an accounting mindset – “understand budgets, job cost etc.”
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be familiar with construction estimating software
• Must have a sense of urgency, be a team player and have a minimum of 2-3 years of Commercial Drywall, Metal stud framing, Acoustical ceiling experience.
