We’re Not Looking for Just a Restoration Technician...

We’re looking for someone who can make damage disappear.

At AdvantaClean of Badgerland, we handle water damage and mold remediation—then we put homes back together. That means tidy demolition, clean drywall work, tight seams, and finishes that homeowners can’t tell were ever repaired.

If you take pride in your work and care about the final product, you’ll fit in well here.

What You’ll Be Doing (We’ll Train You)

• Light demolition (removing damaged drywall, insulation, etc.) 
• Assisting with water damage drying setups 
• Basic cleaning and antimicrobial treatments 
• Job site prep and protection 

Secondary Work  

• Drywall hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing 
• Matching existing textures (knockdown, orange peel, etc.) 
• Repairing water-damaged drywall and ceilings 
• Preparing surfaces for paint (patching, caulking, priming) 
• Interior painting and final touch-ups 

👉 This is finish work, not rough-in. Quality matters.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Proven drywall finishing experience 
• Ability to match textures cleanly 
• Painting experience
• Strong attention to detail (your work will be visible to homeowners) 
• Reliable, shows up on time, and works hard 
• Valid driver’s license 

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Restoration or water damage experience 
• Spray equipment experience 

Who This Job Is NOT For

• Someone who only hangs drywall but doesn’t finish 
• Someone who rushes and leaves visible seams or poor texture matches 
• Someone who needs constant supervision

Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
