Role Overview

The Director of System Integrator and Technology Partnerships will report to the Vice President of Channels and Alliances and will lead the Company’s SI strategy, manage System Integrator Partners and a set of independent technology partners 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities 

• This position is an individual contributor role to start but will be responsible for developing the partner team’s System Integrators function as we expand the partner contribution to the business. He/She will also be responsible for some technology partnerships. 

Role Responsibilities 

• Recruit, enable, manage, and grow relationships with key SI partners globally (regional, national and GSI)
• Develop and scale a system integrator program (enablement, co-sell, development of solution)
• Position id.me as a key Digital Wallet/Security partner for our SI community
• Manage a bench of skilled consultants, through partners, and coordinate resources
• Maintain accurate indirect revenue forecast
• Coordinate all necessary resources and personnel to foster SI partner relationships and meet objectives
• Enable revenue growth through channel partner sales
• Build, train, and lead a top-performing SI sales team
• Unlock access to new markets and access previously unexplored verticals for partner recruitment
• Recruit/Enable/Co-sell with a set of Technology Partners

Ideal Qualifications

• Proven, verifiable success in:
• Building a system integrator partner program, preferably in the Security space
• Recruiting, enabling, and managing SI in the security, identity space
• Scaling a SI function in a tier 1 SaaS company
• Manage strategic technology partnerships
• Minimum 10 years of direct or channel sales experience in a tech-oriented B2B environment
• Initiative with a self-starter attitude.
• Ability to influence others to create desired sales results
• Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Constant drive to grow and passion to learn!
• Sense of humor

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Computer Science. Subsequent Masters in Business would be a plus
