YOUR IMPACT

This role will work directly with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and a job well done will yield opportunities for growth within this role, or other positions within Redwood. In this role, you will:

• Serve as a strategic business partner to the Group General Manager, and the management teams of the Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Business Solutions business units that he oversees. This is an operationally focused role; you need to be able to roll up your sleeves, dig into metrics/problems, and drive outcomes within the business.

• Manage the day to day recurring cadences across business unit management teams, capturing action items, and driving them to completion. 

• Partner cross-functionally to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track program results against intended business strategy, and assess overall efficiency of the initiative.

• Improve and own the framework for driving strategic programs throughout the organization.

• Drive board meeting material preparation for the business unit. 

• Drive quarterly offsite agendas, initiative tracking, and closure of action items. 

• Help lead change management, including M&A integration.

• Build cross-functional processes targeting key business outcomes and work across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc.

• Drive alignment across leaders in the organizations around vision and goals.

• Identify all required work streams and communicate program updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Drive improvements to operational efficiency at scale.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience ideally gained in a similarly complex, fast paced, high growth software or technology company.

• Undergraduates degree required, MBA preferred.

• The candidate will have a strong understanding of recurring revenue, SaaS metrics.

• Experience with companies over $100M revenue and growing; M&A integration experience is a plus.

• The candidate will be disciplined and metrics-driven and bring demonstrated insight regarding the meaning of financial data as it relates to the operations of a business and a proven track record in building and implementing cross-functional initiatives.

• The candidate has a flexible, adaptable and agile style and can adjust to multiple demands and a changing, fast paced, high-pressure environment.

• Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and shows initiative to suggest improvements to systems, processes and procedures. Moreover, he/she is comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and will not let the stress of the role limit his/her effectiveness.

• Highly organized, the ideal candidate manages his/her time well and brings projects in on time and on budget.

• Excellent communication skills and will be adept at explaining complex ideas and concepts in simple terms and ensuring open lines of communication throughout the organization.
